Privacy notice

Last updated: 12 August 2026. AdBloom Nest Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Data we collect

When you email [email protected] or call our studio, we receive your contact details and brief content you choose to share. Our website uses essential cookies and optional functional cookies. Google Maps embeds may set cookies — see our cookie notice.

Purpose

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, perform contracted marketing services, and maintain studio records. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a client engagement begins. Client project files follow contractual retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by writing to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days.

Security

Studio systems use access controls and encrypted transport. Briefs containing sensitive material should be marked accordingly.

Cross-border transfers

Where APAC collaborators access shared files, we use contractual safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.

We process enquiry data under legitimate interest to respond and perform contracted services.

Client project files may contain personal data from your customers — handled under our service agreement.

Cookie consent choices are stored locally and not linked to marketing profiles.

Google Maps embeds may transmit IP address to Google — disable maps by not loading pages if concerned.

We do not use analytics cookies unless you enable them via Customise — currently none are active by default.

Data breach notification follows PDPA timelines — we will inform affected individuals and PDPC as required.

Employees access personal data only for roles that require it — briefs are not shared internally for marketing.

Deletion requests for enquiry emails are honoured unless a contract supersedes retention.

Sub-processors for email hosting and file storage are bound by data processing terms.

Children’s data is not knowingly collected — our services target business clients.

Marketing opt-out applies only if we send optional studio updates — brief responses are transactional.

Complaints may be escalated to the Personal Data Protection Commission if unresolved internally.

This notice may update — material changes will show a revised date at the top.

Cross-border file sharing uses encrypted links with expiry dates for APAC collaborator access.

Audit logs for studio systems are retained for security purposes separate from enquiry retention.
